Naomi joined Norwest Venture Partners in 2018. As senior director of accounting, Naomi is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, fund management, and valuation.

Prior to joining Norwest, Naomi was a part of the SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting teams at Salesforce and Netflix where she focused on new accounting standards and complex transactions in real estate, stock based compensation, mergers & acquisitions, and debt transactions. Naomi started her career at Deloitte in the audit group with a focus on energy and utility companies. She also served as one of Deloitte’s brand ambassadors from the United States to the 2012 London Olympic & Paralympic Games.

Naomi holds a bachelor of science, with honors, in business administration from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Naomi is a certified public accountant.
