Krystina joined Norwest as an Executive Assistant in 2020 and transitioned to the marketing team in 2022. As part of the marketing team, she assists in various projects, including website updates, data management, event production, and analytics.

Prior to Norwest, Krystina provided executive support at several venture firms. Her most recent role was at SoftBank Investment Advisors where she supported multiple partners and produced several events.

Krystina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California at San Diego.
