Bayan focuses on early to late-stage venture investments across a wide range of sectors at Norwest, with an emphasis on the enterprise and infrastructure spaces.

Prior to joining Norwest, Bayan was an analyst in the technology investment banking group at Morgan Stanley in Menlo Park where he worked on a variety of transactions including the IPOs of Rivian, Nubank, and HashiCorp.

Bayan holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where he was a CJ White Scholar.
