Garrett focuses on growth equity investments across a wide range of sectors at Norwest including technology, business services, media, and consumer.

Prior to joining Norwest, Garrett was a leveraged finance senior associate at Silicon Valley Bank. During this time, he focused on financings for private equity-backed leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and recapitalizations across the technology industry.

Garrett graduated with high honors from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in economics and environmental studies.
